CREDAI Maharashtra is the State Level Federation and is an apex body of the organized Real Estate Developers/Builders across the State of Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai) 48 city Associations are member of CREDAI Maharashtra; with over 2600 individual member developers, encompassing over 75% of the organised private development in the State.
CREDAI-Maharashtra is established in 1995 and since then is operating for the promotion of Real Estate Sector and for the benefit of its Members, over more than 22 years.
CREDAI-Maharashtra closely works with Government and Semi-Government agencies and takes initiative in policy formation. The Federation discharges various Corporate Social Responsibilities directly and through its Members.
It is one of the founder members in establishing CREDAI-National, which supports formulation of Proactive Policies for the construction sector at National level. It has Seventeen Expert Committees in the area of Legal, IGR, RERA, Youth Wing, Womens Wing, Member Coordination, Taxation, Study Tour, Website, Affordable housing, Construction Cost, Constitution , Skill Development, Exhibition and MSEDCL, etc. It also support Sumansa in holding Property Exhibition in Dubai.
CREDAI-Maharashtra is a member of "The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India", better known as CREDAI, is a apex body of private real estate developers in India, established in 1999, with head quarter at New Delhi, representing over 12,500 developers through 23 States and 175 City level member associations across the country. CREDAI has worked to make the Construction Industry more organized and progressive by networking closely with government representatives, policy makers, investors, finance companies, consumers and real estate professionals. Acting as the voice of Indias Real Estate industry, CREDAI has been the guiding force for the growing Real Estate Sector in India, and or bringing more transparency in the industry.
